At Belle, we offer a variety of VI peels that will target your concerns. The VI Peel has the ability to dramatically improve your skin’s texture regardless of what skin type you have. Made with a unique blend of minerals, salicylic acid, vitamin C, phenol, retinoic acid and TCA, the VI PEEL Facial Peel provides amazing results to those with acne, acne scars, rosacea, melasma, sun damage and hyperpigmentation skin issues.
How does a VI Peel work?
- VI is a “Medium-Depth” Peel that penetrate through the Dermal-Epidermal Junction to the papillary dermis.
- Melanin creates the pigment of our skin and lives within our skin cells. When melanin is overproduced, the skin exhibits hyperpigmentation or spots. VI Peels focus on lifting and exfoliating those skin cells to allow our body to produce new cells that are healthier and less pigmented. The process of exfoliation also smooths the surface of our skin creating softer smoother texture.
What can I expect during a VI Peel treatment?
- Your provider will collect a detailed medical history, review prior cosmetic treatments (if applicable), review consent forms and answer any questions you may have regarding the treatment itself and/or post care.
- Photos for your chart will be taken to be able to review the treatments success.
- The provider will choose the appropriate type of peel based on their evaluation of your skin and your concerns.
- Your face will be cleansed and prepped for the treatment.
- The VI peel solution will be applied to the face and neck in a series of 4-5 passes.
- You will leave with the peel solution on the skin for an additional 4 hours and then cleanse at home.
- You will be provided with a Vi Peel post care kit that includes: instructions for the remainder of the week, gentle cleanser, peel prep pads, post treatment repair cream and SPF.

How many treatments will I need? When will I see results?
- For the best results, a series of 3 VI Peel treatments are recommended 4 to 6 weeks apart. Peeling typically lasts 7 days and results are generally seen within a week once peeling has subsided. However, continued improvement to the skin may be seen even months after a treatment.
