We firmly believe that proper skincare is the foundation that leads to a healthy skin barrier and optimizes any treatment plan.

Tips for starting a new skincare regimen:
- Stick with it! When starting a new regimen, your skin may have a short period of time where breakouts worse, or skin is irritated. This is getting your skin to a healthy state and restored barrier!
- Schedule a follow up ~6 weeks after starting your skincare and/or adding a new product.
- Take pictures along the way to see your progress! We see ourselves every day, it is hard to remember where we started.
- Our providers want to hear from you- if you have questions, concerns or victories you want to share- we want to hear it all! This can help compliance and sticking through some of the periods of time where you maybe you feel like your skin is “allergic” to certain products.
